Early childhood education

Entrepreneurship education encourages children to trust in their own abilities. The child is encouraged to overcome challenges and taught how to operate in different situations. The goal is to create an interactive and encouraging environment where one can safely try and make mistakes.

Entrepreneurial and working life skills

  1. Helping children identify their own strengths.
  2. Supporting self-knowledge through play and positive feedback.
  3. Recognising the children’s own interests and activities that promote their creativity and utilising these in the education.
  4. Encouraging children to show independent initiative and to share in taking responsibility.

Learning environments and methods

  1. Developing child-centred learning environments.
  2. Encouraging children to find the joy of learning.
  3. Practicing co-operation and interaction skills.
  4. Guiding children to learn about different professions and work tasks with games and play.
  5. Guiding the children’s attention to social issues within their local environment.
